Defective Merchandise
If the item you receive is damaged or defective please contact us via: RMA@JCMusicWorld.com to receive an RMA # for returning the defective merchandise. We will send you instructions on how to return or replace the item.
General Product Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible product*, you can return it for a refund or credit (of the product purchase price) toward a different product. These returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. We will give you 30 days from the shipping date to make your decision.**
JC Music World only accepts returns which have been issued an RMA within the first 30 days of shipment.
Refunds are issued for merchandise value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
*The following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened or unused: strings, reeds, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, body jewelry, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product.
**Instruments valued at $999.00 or more, must be returned within 10 days of shipment. Return items not meeting these requirements may be refused or a restocking fee of up to 25% may be assessed. |
